1. New listings - in Knoxville and the surrounding areas are announced daily at Realty Executives our broker. Many of these are brand new and have not yet been submitted to local MLS.
2. Our connections - with banks, mortgage lenders, trust departments, CPA's and savings and loans in Knoxville keep us aware of fabulous real estate about to be purchased or sold!
3. The rumor mill - Our ears (there are four of them) are always to the ground. We'll know what homes are currently for sale in the area and many that are about to be!
4. Expired real estate listing research - When you're a buyer working with The Hughes Properties, we'll search the people who are unsuccessful in selling their home and who may think you're the perfect buyer.
5. Direct mail and telemarketing - is done every day to find homes not yet on the market in and around Knoxville.
